The Repair Packer is designed for remedial operations where leakage or a loss of integrity has occurred at the liner-top packer of systems such as SAPSAN or OSPREY
It provides a dependable, high-strength sealing and anchoring solution that restores liner-to-casing isolation without the need to recover or replace the entire liner assembly.
Built with robust double-grip slips, the Repair Packer ensures secure anchoring even under high differential pressures. Its one-piece inner mandrel provides upper and inner bore sealing, removing the need for an internal setting chamber and minimizing leak paths.
Integral stinger and packer mandrel for compact design
Configurable seal stacks for specific pressure and temperature conditions
Multiple seal stacks can be installed per mandrel

To evaluate and map the geothermal potential of reservoirs across the Netherlands by conducting well tests in a cost-efficient and flexible manner. The objective was to obtain reliable data on reservoir productivity, temperature, and flow characteristics without requiring full-scale production infrastructure.
A jet pump system was deployed as a cost-effective alternative to conventional well testing methods. The jet pump provides artificial lift and controlled flow without the need for permanent surface facilities, enabling early-stage reservoir evaluation prior to full geothermal development. The system offers high operational flexibility and can be deployed on either coiled tubing or drill pipe, making it suitable for a wide range of well conditions. Combined with a packer for zonal isolation, the solution provides a reliable method for conducting controlled flow and pressure testing in geothermal wells.
The jet pump assembly was made up with a packer, including integration of memory gauges and wireless downhole gauges within the bottom hole assembly. The system was run in hole to the target depth within the geothermal reservoir.
The packer was set to isolate the zone of interest, ensuring proper testing conditions.
The jet pump was activated to initiate controlled flow, while wireless gauges transmitted real-time pressure and temperature data to surface. Memory gauges simultaneously recorded detailed downhole data for post-test evaluation.
Well testing operations were completed successfully, providing both real-time insights and high-resolution recorded data to support reservoir evaluation and future geothermal development.
